Development

  • Newbie tutorial finished for every starting class: login popups, a helper gem guiding new characters, a reward NPC for each with starter gear, and a town choice that teleports you there.
  • 1st class transfer complete at every town: level 20, gated behind a proof item. Covers fighters, mystics, Dark Elf, Orc, Dwarf, Kamael.
  • 2nd class transfer complete at every town: level 40, gated behind marks and a proof item, rewards a C-grade coupon.
  • NPCs can now cast buffs on players, starting with the Adventurer's Guide's support buffs.
  • New characters get a one-time starter gift: soulshots, spiritshots, recovery scrolls.
  • Pet and summon system work started: summoning and unsummoning your own servitor.
  • All six races render correctly in character creation: proportions, skins, hair, idle animation, and starting armor. Human, Elf, Dark Elf in Dynasty sets, Orc, Dwarf in heavy sets, Kamael in their suit.
  • Full character texture library extracted: 9,632 textures across characters, armor, weapons, and accessories.
  • Weapon meshes textured: 494 of 611.
  • Armor items given materials: 1,886.
  • Drops (12,906) and item icons (16,634) finished.
  • Confirmed in-game: a character renders fully dressed with armor, hair, and weapon.

Fixed Bugs

  • Mobs and NPCs were missing from areas where players stood.
  • Casting a skill while moving desynced the character from the server.
  • New characters started with no equipment or items.
  • Hotbar shortcuts were lost after relogging.
  • Picking up herbs froze movement.
  • Magic damage wasn't shown on screen and could be applied twice.
  • Some items had incorrect flags: sellable, tradable, quest item, or equip appearance.
  • Quest window didn't refresh on accepting quests, and some had wrong level requirements.
  • Learned skills could disappear after logging back in.
